TERMS AND CONDITIONS
RATES
All rates are quoted in US dollars with associated government tax and service
charges and subject to change without prior notice.
PAYMENTS
A deposit of 50% of the total billed booking amount must be received by Exotiq
Holidays (Exotic Properties Ltd) within two (2) days after confirmation of your
reservation. Please send Exotiq Villa Holidays a copy of your bank transfer by
email or facsimile as proof of payment within these timeframes. If your deposit
is not received in the appropriate period you're booking will unfortunately be
cancelled.
Final payment is required 45 days prior to check-in date (60 days for high or
peak season bookings). If the booking is made less than 45 days prior to
check-in date (or 60 days for Christmas/New Year bookings); full payment is
required within two (2) working days. For last minute bookings (within 7 days
or less prior to arrival), full payment is due immediately after confirmation
of your reservation. All payments must be made by bank transfer in US, to the

CANCELLATIONS:
Notice of booking cancellation must be received by Exotiq Villa
Holidays in writing. Deposits will be refunded in full, less 20% of the total
booking values if the reservation is cancelled 61days or more prior to arrival
(91 days or more for high and peak seasons). Please note if multiple villas are
booked, a cancellation fee will be applied for each villa.
Final payments are non-refundable.

MINIMUM STAY REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum stay requirements vary from property to property and
will be communicated by our villa specialists during the booking process.
AIRPORT PICK UP:
Exotiq Villa Holidays provides airport pick up for bookings with
a total value over $1,000 US a night (for same-flight arriving guests). Below
$1,000 US a night booking value we will charge for this service.
CHILDREN POLICY:
Each villa property has different children policies, please
communicate directly with our villa specialists regarding any children
requirements and limitations on number of children.
VILLA CAPACITY:
The numbers of person occupying a particular villa must not
exceed with the maximum number stated in the booking confirmation.
DAMAGES AND LOSSES:
Guests are responsible for keeping their rental villa in good
condition and must reimburse Exotiq Villa Holidays for any damage or loss
caused by them. Exotiq Villa Holidays reserves the right to request guests to
immediately terminate their stay without accommodation refund of any kind if
they have caused excessive damage.
LIABILITY:
Exotiq Villa Holidays does not accept liability for any injury,
sickness, loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience directly or
indirectly caused by or rising out of the use or condition of the property
during the guest's holiday.
