Please note that rate conversions in this website are ‘indicative’ as they are converted from the base currency offered by the villa owner at the prevailing bank rate.

A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount must be received by Exotiq Villa Holidays within 5 days after confirmation of your reservation. Please send us a copy of your bank transfer statement by email or facsimile as proof of payment to allow us to hold your reservation. If your deposit is not received on time we may not be able to guarantee your reservation. Final payment is required 45 days prior to check-in date in low season and 60 days for high or peak season bookings. If the booking is made less than 45 days prior to check-in date in low or 60 days for high and peak season, full payment is required immediately. Also, please be sure to check on deposit and cancellation policies for your specific villa at point of booking as payment and cancellation terms may vary.

Notice of booking cancellation must be received by Exotiq Villa Holidays in writing. For most of the destinations the following standard policy applies: Any deposits will be refunded in full, less 20% of the total booking values (whichever is greater) if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival (91 days for high and peak seasons). Please note if multiple villas are booked, a cancellation fee will be applied for each villa. Final payments are non-refundable.
This policy may vary depending on the villa, based on villa owner/resort agreements. Please check at point of booking.
Most villas apply different rates depending on the season. Usually, three seasons apply, i.e., low, high and peak. Please inquiry with our reservation staff to get the exact dates for those seasons.
Minimum Stay Requirements
Minimum stay requirements vary from property to property and will be communicated by our villa specialists during the booking process.
Airport Pick Up
Some rates include airport pickups. Please check with your villa reservation specialist.
Each villa property has different children policies. Please communicate directly with our villa specialists regarding any requirements and limitations on number of children.
The numbers of person occupying a particular villa must not exceed the maximum number stated in the booking confirmation.
Damages and Losses
Guests are responsible for keeping their rental villa in good condition and must reimburse Exotiq Vila Holidays for any damage or loss caused by them. Exotiq Villa Holidays reserves the right to request guests to immediately terminate their stay without accommodation refund of any kind if they have caused excessive damage to the property.
Exotiq Villa Holidays does not accept liability for any injury, sickness, loss, damage, additional expenses or inconvenience directly or indirectly caused by or rising out of the use or condition of the property during the guest’s holiday.
